Jamie is a mechanical engineer with a background in systems engineering, known for her ability to break down complex problems and find what others miss. As the first certified apprentice under Paul Medeiros, she takes a systems-level approach to helping people who feel stuck in chronic pain, metabolic issues, and long-standing health challenges.
She works with individuals who have often tried multiple paths without lasting results — focusing on identifying underlying patterns, lifestyle factors, and system imbalances that may be holding them back. Her approach blends analytical precision with a deeply personalized understanding of each person’s situation, helping clients regain clarity, momentum, and a sense of control over their health.
